To export emails in Horde, follow the below steps.

1. Inside Mail, click on the Folders icon in the top.
2. Select the folder which you wish to export and then click on Download in the drop down box.
3. Click OK to start downloading.

To import emails in Horde, follow the below steps.

1. Inside Mail, click on the Folders icon in the top.
2. If you wish you can create a new folder for importing the emails.
3. Select the folder in which you want to import the emails.
4. Click on "Import Messages" from the drop down box.
5. Now click the browse button and locate the MOBX file.
6. Click Import button.


Note: If you have zip file in MOBX, unzip it before clicking on the Import button.
