From inside IMP, expand Organizing in the left frame by clicking the + in front of Organizing. Expand Address Book by clicking the + in front of Address Book.
Add Address
Adding an address to the adress book is simple. Click New Contact in the left frame and enter the information in the area provided. Click Save.
Note: The name field is required.
Delete Address
Select My Address Book in the left frame. To delete an address, locate it within your address book and select the checkbox in front of it. Click Delete.
A confirmation will be displayed. Click OK to delete.
Note: Make sure to backup the address book prior to removing any addresses.
Edit Address
Select My Address Book in the left frame. To edit an address, locate it within your address book and select the checkbox in front of it. Click Edit. Make any necessary changes and click Finish.
Export Address Book
Select the Import/Export icon at the top of the page. Locate the Export Address Book section at the bottom of the right frame. Select the type of backup from the dropdown menu and Click Export.
You will be presented with a save file dialog. Make sure the save file open is selected and click OK. Choose where to save the file and click Save.
Import Address Book
Select the Import/Export icon at the top of the page. Locate the Import Address Book section. Select the format and charset of the import file from the dropdown menus. Click Browse.... Find the address book you wish to import and click Open.
Click Next.
You will be provided with the information from the import. The default selections should work, but change if desired or necessary. Click Next.
Again, the default selections should work, but change if desired or necessary. Click Next.
The address book should now be imported.
