Application
Validation
If we already have a record of your company and domain
name(s) we will be able to expedite your SSL application.
In most cases, this means that validation of your application
and issuance of your SSL Certificate may only take a few minutes.
Holding an account with HostNexus ensures that we have already
validated your identity.
If we do not already hold sufficient information
on your company and domain name(s), or your application data
does not completely match our records, we may require additional
information. These informational requirements will be provided
during the enrollment process and via email. The informational
requirements typically fall into two areas:
1. Corporate Documents
We may request your Business License, Articles of Association
or DUNS information (depending on your country and incorporation
status). If you are a non-incorporated business or use a trading
name please contact us for further instructions.
2. Your Right To Use a Domain Name
We may also request that you complete and sign a documents
stating your right to use a domain name (e.g. the domain name
provided in your certificate application). Download this form

should it be required.
If we require either of the above, your certificate
will be issued within 2 working days.
Please note that you will only be required to submit either
or both of the above if requested during the enrollment
process.
