Lost Frontpage Coonection File on HD

To my utter dismay lost all my website files off my hard drive... no frontpage connection.. nothing...

I have to restore to publishing and updating by opening a page and then editing with frontpage...

Please I know frontpage is the worse... but to update four websites via new software would be beyond me

How do I get my files back to my hard drive..

Be gentle with instructions I am a blonde blue eyed woman.

Well, the files are on the server so you have to be able to download them somehow. Can't you just reset the FTP user/pass and connect via FrontPage?

All I can say is that the user/pass is setup under Web Hosting Settings in Plesk. As for the setup in FrontPage, no idea. It's been a decade since I looked at it.
