Premium WordPress Themes - Ultimate List

I'm in the market for a premium WP theme but I just can find one that suits my needs. I'm going to list all the ones I know. If out know more please list:

Woo has some nice stuff.

I would forget the Elegant Themes - but that's a personal preference of mine. I expect at least an outward show of support when I buy a theme from some place that promises support

I gave up searching for a good premium theme - for premium, read paid. Some of the themes I've seen for sale wouldn't pass muster in primary school.

I've ended up making my own .. as in Cafe Porridge I got by with a lot of intensive reading at http://www.themelab.com/ where Leland gives clear and practical tutes.

It depends what you want the theme for, how you will use it. I suppose you're after a magazine style? A couple here at http://www.premiumwp.com/best-news-a...theme-gallery/

I was actually leaning towards a couple of Woo themes. But this is nice:

Found a few on ThemeForest that are okay. But I think I'll probably get someone to do a custom theme.

What I did for my sites was create a basic theme and then designed a WP theme (using the default theme) with the layout I designed.

I just tested out a program called "Artisteer", it's pretty good if you're looking for a quick theme design tool. Has anyone else used it? I'll have to mess with it a bit more to see if it's worth the $49.95 they're looking for. I normally code my own, but this does making things a bit easier.
