deactivation notices in email?

I've been receiving the emails below for the last week and have no idea what they mean. I've logged into my Plesk control panel and see no indication there of what to do, and every time I try to online chat with Linux support they are offline. I'm going to send this via email too, but I'm hoping someone can tell me what I need to do before things (apparently) shut down?
My domain registration is active and doesn't expire until July, my account with Plesk is paid and up to I'm not sure what's going on.

"Control Aaccess
<> Domain event notification: The period of validity is about to expire.

The validity period of the '' domain owned by client 'xxxxx' (Contact name 'xxxxx') is about to expire.
The domain and all of its services will be deactivated by Mar 22, 2011 unless the validity period is prolonged."

In plesk, check the limits for the hosting account. Right down at the bottom is an expiry date - if this is your own domain, just set as unlimited.
For your information, there's a lot more to ogres than people think.
