Just a quick note to let you all know that the Theta restore was completed about 3 hours ago. If there are any residual issues please let support know and we'll get them fixed right away. Many thanks for everyone's patience during this downtime. That certainly made it easier for us and we really appreciate that!

I believe theta may have been under assault by malicious people. Sure glad there are some real pros on our side!

it was bad enough when theta was down about 12 hours due to RAID issue last week. now it is down again this week. what excuse to tell my clients for a second time in one week? i am losing client confidence and trust and not to mention dealing with all the complaints as a reseller. they lose business and money. i would think service would be a lot better than this and after last week's failure, certainly something was dealt with not to go through a 2nd issue so fast. and no posting on theta server issues so we don't even know what is happening to tell clients.

There were inode issues and we had to do a fsck. The file system check repaired the issue and the server came back online. Sorry for this unexpected downtime event.
