If you mean there wasn't a total outage after 4 or 5 hours, maybe your right. But if you're looking at the time it's taking to get things back to normal, well that number is at least double or triple.

There is still some copying going on but that shouldn't be causing an issue. Please submit a ticket detailing ways to reproduce the errors and we'll take a look.

Yep, I meant the time it took after I said 2 hours.

In these kind of cases we always get websites up and services restored first. Then we restore stored email.

Here's something odd. I had to put in a ticket to get the time right on the server.

Server reports the wrong time.

as of 10-11-2011 1:06 AM EST the server time reports

21:06pm (Mon, Oct 10th, 2011)
