I had a bit of trouble on live chat. Kept loosing the chat window and having to start again. I think just from me pressing backspace, but hey... that's something you do when you're typing. My guess is I was accidentally unfocusing the input window, then triggering a browser>back response with backspace. Maybe check that out and see if you can disable the backspace == back response on that tool.

Just a little thing. As always... HN rocks.

Would it possible to offer us a better stats counters than AWA as this is no longer reflecting correct stats and over 48 hours late... thanks,

If you mean Awstats then it should be pretty accurate. It's possible Awstats didnZ't process a log file or that a log file has become too big to process. You might want to ask tech support to look into that. Other than that, Webalizer is the only other stats program and you can switch to that under Web Hosting Settings in Plesk.

Web Hosting Settings in Plesk? Do I set this up myself for all my sites? Can it be done from your end... and offer me the url so that I may access the info... as Plesk scars me to death... thanks

Pretty simple, login to Plesk, click on your domain and then Web Hosting Settings, select Webalizer at the bottom and hit Okay.

I can do if you let me know which domain is having the Awstats issues.
