Within ten minutes I got this reply:

Yes spam filter still works but plesk spam filter management does not, because it uses to much memory.
Yes we can set the spam filter to delete spam, just tell me the mailbox name and domain name .
I sent back seven mailbox idents and they are going to set them for me. So I guess they may be able to add white listings for you Larry as well.

Again to Laurence, Pavel, and everyone at HostNexus, admins and support, you guys are tops in support and product delivery. Thanks for all you do.

I'm going to do a memory upgrade on Libra tomorrow at 3am and after that I'll reactivate everyone's spam filter access.

Hi Laurence,

I am looking at a situation where email being marked as spam I thought was in my white list. I have trade confirmations coming back from my accountactivity@mybrokerage.com marked as spam. Scored 11.3

My white list is: *mybrokerage.com

Should that take care of all combinations of things in front of this?

Do I also need to add?
*@mybrokerage.com

And for that matter do I need to add all other combinations?
*@tradealert.mybrokerage.com
*@ealert.mybrokerage.com

And for Black Lists, will *.ru handle all forms of mail with the .ru extension?

Thanks

Yep, *domain.com actually isn't a valid rule. Must always be *@domain.com. That wn't cover subdomains though so subdomains will have to be listed separately.

Pretty sure *.ru won't work. For that I would set up a separate mail filter to filter From .ru into Spam (or Trash etc).

It looks like the proper format to blacklist .ru is:
*@*.ru
