You can give them a choice of two levels of access. The full access to Plesk to manage their domain (enabled in Domain Administrator and login with theirdomain.com as user) or you can give access manage their mailbox only and they login with name@domain.com as user.

They may have access to plesk if you're a reseller, but anyway this is a very good question, many of my clients don't know how to use their webmail, so Plesk is out of the question (its like: a lot to know for a common mortal), hope a scoring feature or a webmail integration can be included as a future step.
Horde???? is it still active??? I've been looking for it for a while now, but haven't been lucky, at least not in Gamma, I just get this where it used to be:
<html>
<head>
<script>
location='/horde/';
</script>
</head>
</html>
please point it out if you find it.
Regards,
Miguel

Squirrelmail is setup as defaault webmail client. However, Horde is also available on all Linux servers. To access Horde webmail client, point your browser to: http://webmail.domain.com/horde

Is the spam filter not working on Alpha? No emails are getting scanned at all. I tried doing the training this morning, going through about 50 emails, but the training page still says:
Quote:
|
Messages learned: 0 as spam, 0 as non-spam, 0 total.
|
And all the emails that show on the training page have the gray dot meaning they weren't scanned. I tried turning it off and back on for my emails (losing my beautiful black and white lists in the process), but no change.

It worked for a few days on Alpha and then stopped, I just gave up on it, after spending so much time in training. I thought that it was just broke for me since no one else was complaining.

Is there any trick to the spam filtering? I still seem to get many each day that aren't marked as spam (and I've done training every day since the switch). It gets a little tiresome. But I guess this is the only way.
