Spam not Appearing in Training Area

Hi, I have spam email for things like Viagra and ED that when I go to train on these messages in Spam Filter Training do not appear even listed there. All my other email that I have not deleted are listed there, but somehow these messages are being built that they are going around Spam Assassin and now also not even showing up in the Training area to train on them.

Can you look into this? If they can get around being scored they can certainly be carrying a virus around the filters too.

I am having the same issue. It seems in the past week I am being hit with these spam messages that cannot be stopped more and more. Within an hours time I got 36 messages spread across 3 email addresses.

Hmmmm. Glad you guys have been so quick to respond to this and the support ticket and seems that the live chat for support is broken. This Spam issue is getting old and it needs to be fixed

Hi Agape,
To let you know, I put in a ticket a while back too and support needed to go to Plesk with this issue. A response came back from support on Friday with a solution from Plesk but that broke the Spam Training Filter. So support indicated to me they are going back to Plesk with this new issue. I am in the same position as you. I know Plesk was working on it as I saw some test emails come through from them a while back.

Are you able to get into your "Spam Filter?" It is broken on all my domains at this time.

I can get into the spam training filter but it doesn't seem to work. I can mark email as spam but it doesn't matter the spam messages keep getting through, I even have the check box marked to delete spam as it comes to the mailbox but still have at least 30 spam messages a day in my box. some are marked ***Spam*** some are not.

My Spam Training Filters are working again but the original situation exists in a number of messages that bypass the training area and do not appear there. Still working on it with Parallel, the Plesk people.

Yep, still ongoing. Parallels provided a hotfix which worked a bit but still not perfect.
