Please note that we have a planned a network maintenance window from 3:00AM to 9:00AM EST on Saturday, March 21st. The window is for a routine upgrade to the data center's fiber. We are allowing six hours for the maintenance, however we expect no more than 5 minutes of total downtime for the servers. This network maintenance completes the 2nd half of our previous maintenance window originally
scheduled March 7th 2009 where there was actually NO downtime at all and the process for this window will be identical to the previous one.
Please be advised of this scheduled maintenance window and allow for adequate time to pass before opening up any support tickets during the window. We thank you in advance for your time and understanding in this matter.
