Creating New Domains

Hi there

Newbie, signed up today and have received the Activation Email, all is good, have changed my Name Servers, I understand that the propagation is still to take place. However want to go through and setup Domains on the account so once the propagation takes place the domains will be in place. Problem is I can't add any New Domains, is there a waiting period before I can do this? Also why is that I can't change limits etc.. it says permission denied, I wanted to give myself and my design clients less space as I host approx 17 accounts already on 30mb on my old hosts servers, so wanted to change to say 10mb per account. Any help would be much appreciated.

You should be able to add domains immediately; there may have been something incorrectly configured such as a permission missed off or something.

The fastest way of getting a response from the technical team is to raise a trouble ticket; they are checked more frequently than the forums. (Top menu, support->ticket system).

Thanks RobbieLePommie, I've heeded your advice and created a support ticket. I wasn't too sure if this was normal or not.

Looking into this. Probably an account misconfiguration.
