Question about Site Logs...

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Nexus, but not new to reselling nor Plesk.

I've noticed that when I ftp into a site, that I'm denied access to the "statstics" directory. I have not been able to change the permissions to stats directory, and therefore, have not been able to access raw logs via ftp.

I utilize a log analysis package for my clients. I noticed that I can login into my master account, go into a website, and download the log files... but I'm wondering: Can I access the raw logs via ftp? I'm used to being able to automate the process of importing log files.

Submit a ticket and I will change the ownerships on the statistics directory for you. Plesk 6 sets it to root by default.
