I've been doing some searching..wanted to ask a few questions too

We are starting to do some really small reselling and wanted to know what 'tools' are out there to use to make it easier for clients.

I've downloaded PHPCoin to test out and have read the Reseller Tools list as well.

Hmm..what are you other resellers using to make the process easier for you?

Right now I am emailing my clients and custom quoting stuff. It's ok for now...but not down the road. hehe
