Just how long has Hostnexus been around? I get the feeling it is pretty new. The support has been great, but is that why no phone number? I like what you are doing. Don't let success make you complacent.

I probably won't need to call phone support, but it is just nice to know its there. I have no reason expect complacency. Just a remnant of my experience with my last hosts poor service (costly too).
This forum is great too. I tend to lurk a bit, but will try to contribute when I am able.
