Hello, yet again.....

We signed up on Friday (got the February resellers special)....

And noticed that on the Standard Reseller packages, they get a brandable support page for their clients.....

Was wondering if this was something that was included in the package that we purchased?

Hi,

That's right. A support centre (center) for resellers that comes with the Online Manual, FAQ, HelpDesk (Trouble Ticket System), and Server Monitor.

Resellers can use it as it is by linking to it through a frame forwarded subdomain or they can develop their own top header and navigation and link to the site's body pages so it will look and feel exactly link your site.

Just wondering on the progress on the support center for the resellers...

Also....the pre-loaded cgi scripts???

I know you guys are working hard on it....just wanted to make sure that I'm not missing anything....

so like say online manual is on hostsupport.com/manual.html could we just forward it with subdomain like manual.domain.com and forward network status, faq, helpdesk, etc but all different subdomain plus to add our own header. Is that ok too??

We are working very hard on many things, manual and scripts are two of them. Manual is really looking slick! Any suggestions for scripts will also be appreciated!

If you mean cgi scripts then I have few ideas, here are few Mike:

-Guestbook
-Counter
-Small shopping cart()
-Small forum(it may take time, but I dont mean something like this. Just basic forum for starters.)



Maybe make few generators:

-Logo generator
-Button generator
