Hi all,
In setting up my first ever client as a reseller, it seems I inadvertently gave them an exclusive IP, meaning my IP pool is now empty so no new clients.
Plesk doesn't seem to have the ability to change the IP to shared, which seems insane. Am I missing something, or is there really no option to change it?
The client site is not live yet, can I disable it? Assign it to a new owner temporarily? Delete the client and start again?
There has to be some way to make the IP shared, surely.
