Exclusive/shared IP: rookie mistake

Hi all,

In setting up my first ever client as a reseller, it seems I inadvertently gave them an exclusive IP, meaning my IP pool is now empty so no new clients.

Plesk doesn't seem to have the ability to change the IP to shared, which seems insane. Am I missing something, or is there really no option to change it?

The client site is not live yet, can I disable it? Assign it to a new owner temporarily? Delete the client and start again?

There has to be some way to make the IP shared, surely.

Change the domain to the shared IP under Web Hosting Settings".

Alas, it tells me that the IP address is '65.98.54.27 Exclusive' and it's uneditable. But this is the IP I need to be shared, and there's nowhere to alter its status.

If I go to Home > IP addresses, both my IPs are listed but they're both listed as 'exclusive' (with the crown icon) and can not be changed.
