warning message that mailbox almost full?

Is it possible to set a warning message that can be sent to the mailbox owner that says their mailbox is almost full? I can't find anything like that in Plesk.

If not, I may in some cases be able to set a warning message by using the overall disk space as a guage of email space usage. In which case I'm wondering if I check "overuse is allowed" and "notify the domain owner" -- who is the "domain owner"? Does the email go to the reseller email address or that of the client?

I've attached a screen capture of the domain owner check box.

1) I don't believe there is a way to send a message based on email being full.

2) I believe it would go to the domain owner, if one is set. Under the domain (choosing Domain from the left frame), near the bottom of the right hand frame is the Domain Administration section. I believe the email address to send that information to is under "Personal Data".

Just send them ALL a message reminding them about the mailbox and asking them all to delete their trash mail. That's where the mailbox space goes

disk space alert

OK. Thanks for your help Mike and Susanna. I've set the domain administrator email to my client's email. This client uses only a MB of disk space for her site so if she goes over her limit it will be her email causing it, I would think. Or a log file. This probably won't work but I'll give it a shot.

Hi,

Set trash to auto delete one month old mails, it will automatically create space in your mailbox.

auto delete option

Thanks Sarah. the thing is, it's not my email so I wouldn't want to just auto-delete a client's email after a month. If they are using IMAP they may be hanging onto it for a reason.

Seems there should be a way to warn of an in-box that is using 80% of its quota. I'd like to be able to set warnings for some of my clients, especially those using IMAP.
