Plesk billing is NOT Modern Bill. Plesk bought out Modernbill and took bits and pieces of it and made a new one.
I personally think you guys should use WHMCS, not to pull business from you guys but licensepal.com has WHMCS for $12. ClientExec is good but is very difficult to integrate, WHMCS on the other hand is also proven to be a lot more secure.
