Now, I've never seen a lamb shake its tail but I'm told it's very fast, so thanks to the excellent Mike who upgraded my account in two shakes of a lamb's tail

All the prices only available in yearly payments? Or can it be done in monthly like the existing plans?

Some are available quarterly. Few reasons for this change. Our payment processor bill is getting quite large so it less cycles will help us - especially as I'm predicting some large growth in 2009. Also alot of clients on Linux and Windows shared plans are paying yearly anyway. Also we will be starting an Affiliate program with a nice payout so it's important that affiiliate costs are covered. Just practical business sense.
