Question Multiple FTP accounts in Windows Plesk

I have several clients who need multiple FTP accounts which allow access to only certain designated directories. Under Helm this is real easy but I cannot figure how to do it under Plesk.

Example: I host a site for a regional Shakespeare festival (on a pro bono basis). We have set up subdirectories cleverly called Staff, Board, and Actors. We have special FTP accounts which point only to those directories (and subdirectories below them). They cannot get to the root directory or any of the other ones outside their designated area.

How can I do this with Plesk (for Windows)?

Use "web users". The path's created are /~name but it's all handled very securely.

I had the same question just the other day and this was the response I got from HN. I am on Photon.

When Plesk introduced this additional FTP account feature it seems that on
some servers all limits were set to 0 for clients. This is a feature that
should be "unlimited" for all clients and I have fixed this on your
account. You now need to go into each domain's Limits section and change
the FTP accounts value before adding new FTP accounts.
