Upgrading hosting account questions

Hi,

I want to upgrade my hosting account from the CF Starter to CF Basic. If I do this, will my account be hosted on the same server, or will that change to another one? Also wondering if I will need to move MySQL dbs if the host changes.

It usually stays on the same server. Its pretty rare that it would need to be moved to another server, if you staying with in the same plan type (which you would be in this case)
