Email Rejections

Several of my clients are reporting emails from people to them are being rejected with the following message:

554 This server requires PTR for unauthenticated connections

This just started a day or so ago and the majority are yahoo accounts.

Raise a support ticket on that. It looks like reverse DNS entries need ot be added for hte mail IP address.

Hate to sound ignorant but I don't see an option to create a support ticket. haven't to do one in the past. Do you do it from the Plesk Control Panel?

Just send e-mail to support@hostnexus or winsupport@hostnexus for windows. Simple and neat.

(Obviously it's hostnexus.com, but just doing my bit to help keep away spam, if that's possible)

I had the same issues. You can get pretty good feedback on your dns configuration at the site www.dnsreport.com
