Log files and spam filtering changes last week?

I've submitted a support ticket but after emailing back-and-forth several times with support I am not getting any answers as to what is going on.

I've had two strange occurances after the server outages this week --

1) Many of my client's spam filters are no longer working even though they show trained emails. Their email training numbers are way off, however. They show far more "not spam" trained than spam. I've exclusively trained some of my client's spam filters and I'm quite sure they should have about 5 times as many spam as "not spam" trained. I can say it definitely isn't a case of accidently hitting "it's spam" when I should have clicked "it's not spam". At this point am I going to need to scrap these client's training? Anyone else notice this problem?

2) Suddenly I have log files accumulating on all my domains. I've had log files disabled but sudeenly I'm about to hit my disk space limit -- where just 2 weeks ago I wasn't even using 25% of my available space. Something has changed. Looks like Epsilon in collecting logs on all my accounts. Anyone know if I will just have to go into every account and set the log rotation manually?

My spam filters are still working. Pulled out over 100 e-mails today on just one account....

Log files, I set all these to rotate daily - there is a feature in plesk where you can do batch operations. Select all the domains, click "batch operations " (or something like that) and go to the log file section. Rotate daily, zip/compress, keep three days. I've had most sites running like that for years and always been able to go back and get the logs I need if there was a problem.
