Webmail access for client

I setup a site and I want to give webmail access to a buddy of mine who is co-managing it. So I want him to be able to login to his webmail account without getting into mine... and I want him to have webalizer access too. I am sure this information is posted around here somewhere but I can't find it.

make him a website account with his own mail name user name and password?

I landed up giving him a domain admin account with limited rights. He could then login through Plesk via
https://<domain name>:8443
or by going direct into sqmail via
http://webmail.<domain name>/
