Alert E-Mails

Where Can I setup to receive alert e-mails when my clients exceed their limits? I can not find anything in Plesk, although I see people have done it.

Thanks!

It should be automatic to the email address you have listed under the EDIT field in Plesk. If it isn't working then maybe notifications are disabled for your server and a tech could switch them on if you really needed them.

I think all you need to do is go to the links above in my reply, and signup- done deal. I wouldn't make it harder than it is.

I think Coastal wants the alert from Plesk that emails the main client account when a domain exceeds its limits. I checked Plesk and in Server > Notifications the option to send clients notices on domain limits is enabled.....

I am not seeing Server > notifications in Plesk. I am on a Windows Server in one account and a Unix in another.

I think that's an admin (server-wide) setting. So you won't see it. Raise a trouble ticket with your domain details and I'm sure support will be able to check it out if there's a problem.
