I'm thinking of transferring my Nexuswebs site over to HostNexus, however, while I know that HostNexus can be trusted, I can seem to convince the people who help me of it, they want to see some proof that you won't take our money and run. Along those lines, does HostNexus have a report with the Better Business Bureau, or something along those lines. If you could provide a link, it would be most appreciated.

I doubt they havea report with the better business bureau, being a company primarily setup and based in Australia (But with support from UK, Japan, US and Australia...)

But, NexDog is one of the owners - his presence here should show his comittment to the company. If you're unsure of that, check the "Web Hosting Talk" forum where he has knocked up several thousand posts.

There are plenty of satisfied punters / companies / personal clients here. Again - this forum should provide some proof of that, but there are many other clients that don't post in the forum....

I moved here because of a company that left me in the lurch. I've not been let down at all.

I, amongst others, hope your money won't be wasted otherwise I'd be in the brink. But I think you're in very safe hands here.

HostNexus is a very stable company fast approaching 3 years in the business. We continue to grow and continue to improve our service and support. I get just as good web hosting (and a million times better customer service) from HostNexus than I did from my previous host, at about 1/3 the cost.
I seriously doubt HN can be beat when it comes to bang for your buck.

Having used over 20 other paid web hosts and tons of free ones, you'll find nothing better than here at HN

They won't just take your money and run, I can vouch for that (been here almost 2 years and have 2 reseller accounts).

I just read Laurences remarks.

What he says in his comments are facts.

I have seen Host Nexus grow over the past two years that I've been a customer and have been amazed at the rate of growth and how they maintain the level of support.

When I first talked to Laurence on the phone before I set up my account we talked about his plans for the company, where it was headed and where he wanted to go with it.

He is right on track with that conversation and in many ways, far exceeded his goals and really does offer the Best Customer Service.

Sign up for the account. If not satisfied after a month or two, you can always move on. You'll be a HN devotee from that point on.

myself and a colleague moved from a UK based provider a whileback now, primarily due to cost... HN gave us a better price, and more resources..... I can honestly say I have not looked back... the new resellernexus plan thats gonna launch soon I have bene lucky enough to beta test..... it rocks... you wont be dissapointed....

Also, if you compare with mostly all other hosting company, with HN you pay the monthly price announced, you don't need a contrat of 6 or 12 months to get the price announced. Plus, there's no setup fee, which is a nice thing, so you can try the service for a month if you want at the price HN show on the website.

At my opinion, after 1 year here, you can't be dissapointed of HN, it's the perfect hosting company! There's only word for the support; Awesome.
