PHP and Mailman on Cpanel vs. Plesk

I've already learned that PHP will compile with mhash on Plesk.

What's the likelihood of PHP/mhash working on Cpanel?

Also, my programmer wonders whether Mailman will install on domains on a Plesk server and/or a Cpanel server.

PHP is standalone on Cpanel as well as Plesk. It can be compiled completely separately and upgraded independantly of any other software. You're too used to backwards ensim.

Mailman is installed at domain level on both Cpanel and Plesk too.

**Using** backwards Ensim and **being used to** backwards Ensim are two entirely separate things!!
