2) How much time it takes you to activate my domain name? 24 hours?
It's pretty much immediate. We receive the order, set up the account. It's up to you to register the domain...
3)I heard you have a few servers, Alpha, Beta, and Delta, and Delta is the fastest, can I be ensured that I'll be hosted on your delta server?
No, Beta still has space and we're seriously thinking about keeping Delta Reseller Only, as they tend to load lots of domains. The only diffrerence is ethernet connection - more domains means more "bandwidth" capapabilites required. You can ping hostnexus7.com (Beta) for speed.
4)What's your uptime guarantee?
We guarantee 99.9%, data backup and scheduled maintenance not included.
Are the speeds good? I mean how much time will it take for my site to load? (hhhockey.netfirms.com)
I don't think anyone here is complaining about speed.
