PHP 5.3 Support / Unlimited Space/Bandwidth?

Hello,

My old web host is upping their rates, so I'm looking for a new hosting provider and a friend recommended that I check into Host Nexus.

Right now, I run a couple of blogs, my portfolio, and a handful of small PHP projects -- none of which really have any traffic of consequence so I'm looking into the shared linux hosting. Before jumping aboard, I do have a couple of questions:

(1) Your solutions page shows support for PHP 5.2.0. I've been using a lot of the new features in PHP 5.3 in many of my projects, so I'm looking for a web host that supports PHP 5.3 and am wondering if any of your shared servers have this available?

(2) I've noticed that HostNexus got on the bandwagon of "unlimited" space/bandwidth. Since nothing is ever really limited, what are HostNexus's current limits on shared hosting (CPU useage / limited number of files)? What options does HostNexus have for clients that exceed their limits?

1) We are actually having an internal discussion about PHP 5.3 right now and I expect we'll start upgrading servers sometime around this weekend.

2) We are a low usage host unlike HostGator and all the other unlimited hosts. We operate under a Fair Usage policy meaning you can use as much CPU/Memory as you want unless you cause a problem on a server. Same goes for inodes (file descriptors).

I think I've made my decision and if Host Nexus can offer me shared hosting on a linux server with 5.3 support next week, then I'll make plans to purchase hosting and migrate over at that time.
