I am a web hoster and offer reseller hosting.
We have been using Fantastico.
But now Softaculous is being demanded by our users.
Should we offer it ?
Has anyone used Softaculous ?

Fantastico isn't the best one-click installer for cPanel anymore. Softaculous is great and cheap. If your users want it you should provide it. We are going to be offering it when we roll out cPanel shared/reseller hosting next week.
