How do I request a refund?

Hello Nexus,

We inquired on Wednesday about hosting on your servers. I specifically asked about having UDP port 27015 opened and the answer was no problem.

Yesterday once the account was setup I logged in and started to setup the databases etc. Then I opened a ticket to get the port open (as instructed in the live chat window). I was then informed by I guess the head technical person that the port could no be opened and he does not know why his technical support person would have told me it could.

That is all fine if you can't open it you can't but I want an refund. It's only been 2 days and we sent an email immediately after we were informed that you wouldn't open the port for a refund to both accounting and sales.

24 hours later we still have no response. This is not good for you guys Nexus. You want to issue refunds as quick as possible since maybe in this instance we will not host with you but in future we may have other projects to host.

Lets just say it's not leaving a good impression.

Additionally I would like to add that we were told today that it might take a while because the "SALES" guy is on vacation. C'mon what kind of excuse is that?

Not really onvacation but travelled to the AU office which took 24 hours. I'm here now and online and have responded to your ticket to see if we can make an exception. If we can't we will of course process the refund.
