Hello,
I've been having problem with the purchasing of a reseller package these last 2 days. I have already purchased a domain through the nexus domains with absolutely no problems whatsoever, but i cannot for the life of me get the sale order of the reseller package to go through. The domains are purchased through a different system, but the servers go through RBS WorldPay, which is the obstacle in my case.
I went to:
https://www.hostnexus.com/order/order.php, customized and completed my order and then i'm being transfered to RBS WorldPay to make the purchase and that's where the problem occurs. The transaction doesn't fall thru.
I fill in all the info like i've done hundreds of times before, but for some weird reason i get this error:
This transaction has been declined. You may wish to try another card, or contact the merchant.
Now i know it's not the card, cause i use it constantly for online shopping and i know that it works anywhere else, nexus domains included. What i suspect to be the problem is the Billing Address. I've entered over 50 variations of my own personal address and that of the bank (no i'm not kidding - yes i've actually filled in over a hundred forms with different variations of the address). I've tried removing the space, the commas, playing with the order of the words, everything... and each and everytime i get the:
This transaction has been declined. You may wish to try another card, or contact the merchant.
dreaded message. I'm at my wits' end. I went to the bank to ask what could be the problem but they don't have a clue and say they've never encountered something like this before... go figure. I've made countless of online transactions with that bank and this particular card and not once have a had a transaction rejected - also not once have i been asked for a Billing Address which i suspect is the problem.
So what i'm asking for is a solution to this... if any? Maybe i'm doing something wrong elsewhere? Is there another way or system appart from RBS to make the payment perhaps? Any help would be deeply appreciated. I've made my decision to choose Nexus after careful consideration following the advice of many of my colleagues and friends and doing extensive online research and i really hate be deterred from my choice by third parties with such trivial problems.
If this is the wrong place to ask a question of this nature, can you please re-direct me to the right one?
Thank you in advance,
Alexander
