One more thing, can I use externally hosted domains until I have a time to set up a domain reseller account? The domains are paid for until july 2010 (but I will want to movew them way before then).

Thanks!

Oh you guys are going to hate me. But Id better ask now before I sign on the dotted line...

NexDog, you said the relaunch special could be used as a reseller account if I added two dedicated IP addresses. I just need those so I can run a custom nameserver, right?

If I did get the special, it doesnt have the client exec or reseller hosting control panels does it?

And finally I see the major difference (becides space, transfer and price) it is limited to the number of domains we can host. How easy is it to upgrade or add domains later?

Would there be any other diferences?

Thanks.
Jared

Hi Jared,

You can have the Reseller level on that Relaunch Special plan so the only difference is the resources (space, transfer, domains). Very easy to upgrade later and you won't have to switch servers or anything like that.

You can use externally registered domains. There's nothing that says you must use our registrar. GoDaddy is probably still the most widely used registrar.

You'll go on Plesk 9 for sure. We've upgraded quite a few servers already this week.

Host Nexus will never make you use them for purchasing domains.

Yes, the two dedicated IP are all you need for custom name servers.

Upgrades are super easy here. Just ask (and pay) for the upgrade and as NexDog said it can be done without a server move or any other headaches

Oh and welcome to Host Nexus!

Have you tried doing it standing on you head? Anyway I'm helping someone who has a small band getting a mboard set up for them and pointing her here to Nexus.
