Do I need a dedicated server?

Advice please. I have several web sites, but one of them is much bigger and busier than the others. I need to move them, possibly to HN. With the move, I'm considering a dedicated server, but maybe this would be overkill?

Stats from Webalizer for the last few months (for the biggest/busiest site):

Hits 3,000,000 a month (up from 1m a month a year ago)
Files 2,900,000 a month (1m a year ago)
Pages 900,000 a month (700k a year ago)
Visits 275,000 a month (230k a year ago)
KBytes 21 Gb a month (16 Gb a year ago)

Add maybe 20% for all the others put together.

All the sites together occupy about 3Gb of disk space.

Greetings, and sorry for the late response. With stats like that your site(s) would function just fine on a reseller account. Our first VPS server is coming online this month so if you are worried about resource issues you could hop to a VPS first.
