Can someone pease compare Hostgator with Hostnexus?

I'm fairly new to this dedicated server hosting but my question is this.
I currently have a 'Basic' package with Hostgator & I need to uprade but unfortunately all their medium plans are sold out so I really need a more powerful CPU as I have a huge ammount of traffic-

The Hostgator package is - Processor 2.8GHz Pentium 4
DDR Memory 1024mb Hard Drive 80gb

How does this compare with Hostnexus basic plan?

That's what I ordered recently, and ended up with a 3.2GHz processor instead <grin>

But a few MHz processor speed is nothing compared to service and support; and knowing that if there is a problem downtime will be minimised. I don't know anything first-hand about HostGator, but you're well looked after here. That's the bit you probably need to know.
