Switch Replaced in Rack
To All of Our Valued Customers,
As I am certain most of you are aware, many of our servers went down a couple of times. After much investigation, the cause was found to be a bad switch in one of our private racks. The datacenter has replaced this switch and you should now see no more interruptions due to this.
We sincerely aplogise any inconvenience these short (most no more than 5 minutes) outages may have caused anyone. Thank you for your understanding.
