Giving Plesk access to domain not yet propagated.

I'm a reseller and domain users has been created. I want to give something like http:/ip/yourdomain.com:8443 ? it does work this way. This work for domains www.domain.com:8443 though.

I dont know if its possible to give plesk access to client which domain is not yet pointed to my dns. How would I do it?

Just the IP - https://111.111.111.111:8443 (example IP).
