restrict user access with reseller domains

i have been searching the forums quite a bit, but does anyone know how to restrict a user's access to plesk?

i.e. i have over 50 user domains and want to give those user's access to their site, but i dont want them to have access to ftp, files, database and certainly not to any administrative control.

basically i want the users to be able to log on and change/add/update their own email accounts but that is it!

any suggestions?

Under Plesk, that's curently not possible. You need to give them "full" access to their domain to add/edit e-mail accounts.

you know they can login to plesk with their email username and password and then they only have access to adding vacation messages, alaises, groups, etc, etc, etc... They do not even get to see any other email stuff.

That's correct Cory. Plesk has 3 levels of access. Client (you), Domain User (your clients) and Mail Users.

In the Mailbox section of a mailname, make sure that "Control Panel Access" is cfecked (or something like that) and then the person can login to Plesk with user@domain.com as username and the mailbox password. They can then manage password, autoresponders, spamassassin and other features.
