Mailshield interface in Plesk

Not that it appears to be a big deal but when I click on the "Spam Assassin" link from Plesk, the next page that comes up shows the following error/warning message:

ERROR: unmatched tags still present in main

This message appears above the "path" set of links that shows the Client and Domain links, just below the page header.

Britain, thanks. Which of your 3 servers is this happening to? I will tell the techs about it.

Hi Mike . . .
I had exactly that message on Delta. Also noted the "up level" would not work at each of my seven sites. Clicking "Home" on the left side top got me out of there.

Now having even more trouble. Getting a "data encryption error" when trying to log in to Plesk. Tried on a PC here at the studio and got in with a new general log in at the HostNexus.com. (I didn't have a bookmark on that machine.)

But then the Spam Assassain put up that it could not connect to "mailshield".

The error is on all servers and we need to build a new RPM and install it everywhere. The error doesn't affect the functionality of the spam filter though but we will fix it in the next few days.

trying to block spam. What's the best way?

If I configure the spam filter under "default settings for domain.com" then do I disable spam filter on each individual account for the default settings to work everywhere within the domain?

I've created rules to block all of those pesky marketing and spam domains and hope that all who have accounts under my domain can be free of that spam. Will that work or should I do something different?

btw: The ERROR: unmatched tags still present in main is still happening in Delta.

The spam filter seems suddenly to be identifying a lot more as spam - perfectly normal legitimate e-mail.

I've noticed that. That's why I was trying to go that route since most of those are domains for email marketing companies. chtah, emailavideo, acefortunesomething, etc....

But it doesn't seem to be working. I blocked all of those domains as "default settings" for my whole domain yesterday and today I still got a bunch of email from the same companies....
