Mailshield interface in Plesk

Yup, I notice the great uptick false positives. I've had to turn mine "off" - it is too cumbersome to go add everybody I want to whitelist.

I'm using the Mailshell program on my machine, which is easier to train.

Yeah, a bunch of legitimate emails are bouncing or going nowhere. How can I turn the spam filter off?

Just go and raise the score it takes to reject an email, or mark it. I've never seen an email score as much as "10"
