Angry Deleting FrontPage domain

Twice I have tried to delete a Frontpage site or disable the site so that I can change the frontpage login and password for some idiot customers. I keep getting an error message each time. Anyone know what this is and what to do about it. Tried to delete an account and start from scratch and it won't let me. What am I doing wrong if anything!!!!!

Well I took FP off my site but I didn't try to reinstall it.
I unchecked fp in plesk first and then FTPed into the site and deleted most everything in httpdocs but for the webstats directory. One directory called _private had an invisible unix type file in it so I had to get mike to delete that directory. I decided to go with php and didn't try to reinstall FP to the site but with everything gone, it shouldn't be any problem reinstalling.

Shannon,

Sometimes FrontPage extensions stick and refuse to budge. We will try and remove them from the command line. Could you write a ticket on this issue?
