Installing Request Tracker on Aries thru Plesk

Greetings, all. There may be a thread on how to do this, but I can't seem to dig it up. I would like to install Request Tracker on Aries. It's not in the default list of applications to install. What's the process for installing it? I installed a non-H/N-supplied application a few years ago. I seem to recall uploading it to a folder via FTP and then submitting a ticket.

Is this still the same process?

Yah, just upload it, read the install docs and then install it.

It seems that Request Tracker is not allowed on shared servers. Is it too heavy of a program?
