Plesk not accepting hyphens?

For some reason, plesk is not accepting hyphens - or dashes as I see many people calling them

I have a domain (nexus domains) cafe-al-sindh.com

but plesk tells me it's invalid

Domain name is invalid. Please make sure your domain name comprises only alphanumeric, dot and hyphen symbols, and is not greater than 255 symbols in length. Each part of the domain name between dots should not exceed 63 symbols.

do I have to get another domain name? Minus one of the three words?

It's a real pest - and looks like I need another domain name. I've never struck this problem before in plesk and I have a couple of other hyphenated domain names.

The plesk people should carry a warning

Sure you didn't copy and paste with an extra space at the end? Plesk 120% accepts domains with hyphens in them (as it says in the error).
