Email Account Usage

There used to be a usage monitor where I could see how much disk space individual email accounts are using. I have to somtimes remind users to purge deleted emails but would like to verify there current usage. Is this tool still out there?? URL??

I don't believe this is there anymore.

Edit: it used to be control-access##.com/psa but that is no longer there.

This data is available in Plesk now. Go to domain.com > Report and select Full Report.

On Plesk 9 you click on Statistics and a drop down appears with Summary Report. In there you access teh full Report which gives a breakdown of mailboxes and their usage.

Select domain from the left pane. Then on the domain page, click the desired domain. Locate the Statistic section and click the title, selecting "Summary Report". Under the summary section, change the dropdown to full report. The mail section is the fourth section down. It lists the email accounts and the space used for each account.

I'll be doing up a formal tutorial and add it to a new Plesk section. I will be putting together a few more for that section and hope to have them done before the new year.
