Plesk IIS control of GZIP, expiration, ETAGS

Quick question -

Using Plesk, can we set up :
  • GZIP compression
  • Content Expiration
  • ETAGS

Can't be done in Plesk. I know IIS has some Content Expiration settings though. GZIP compression is usually set at application level. Like I can set that on the Vbulletin level for example. Have to claim ignorance on ETAGS though!
