PLESK - Painfully slow on Graviton

Hi,

I am experiencing a very very slow connection to PLESK.
It takes no less than five minutes to load any page.

Also whenever I try to create a new domain PLESK takes 10-15 minutes before throwing up an error. Every time this happens I open a ticket and somebody from support creates the domain and assures me that error will not happen again. However I am back to step 1 every time. (Staff can check my ticket history)

Errors I received today...

At the moment I am spending 10-15 minutes on creating one email address on PLESK as the form load & process takes this long.

I have tried multiple ISPs, browsers, PCs, date / times and URLs (IP / Domain), nothing helps. It is dead slow everywhere.

Can somebody from HN please help me out in someway?

Graviton's disk is really badly fragmented. We are going to attempt a defrag this weekend but if it takes too long we'll need to replace the whole server.

Throw a defrag on Positron too Laurence. It is the exact same way.

However the speed is not as brilliant as it used to be.
I dread if there is ever a need of doing anything in PLESK on graviton.

The defrag was completed on Graviton and Positron (we are working through them all). Any performance increases?

Unfortunately, Omikron is currently draggin ass too. FYI, I used it a bunch of times yesterday and it was fine.

Just tried logging into plesk on Positron. Had time to get coffee before the page loaded.

Coffee is a good thing. Still waiting for the Home Page of Plesk

Graviton was OK for a while but a couple of customers have reported that it has been slow again for a while.

I have a list of things to check but PLESK is again very slow.
