Cannot access control panel

Hi,

I just signed up yesterday and have been having problems ever since. I cannot access the control, and if I do get in, all I takes a really long time to make any changes.

Now I am unable to get in at all. I am on server PION.

Need help urgent. Your live support is offline as well and the site doesn't let me open a ticket.

I did open a ticket and indeed received a prompt response. Although it has been a little flaky for me so far.

Pion is indeed a Windows server.
